Organization Madness

Daniel turned on his laptop.

"I'll wait a while before I go there."

Raine blinked. "You could have...um..."

"..."

"Told me when you got back!" Raine finished, bopping Shiki ontop of the head.

"I was distracted." Shiki shrugged.

Daniel began to surf on the web to spend some time.

It was quite some time later, about an hour or two to be exact, that Raine finally left Shiki's room - but not without the promise of "gutting her like a fish" if she didn't keep her up to date on Shiki and Daniel's relationship.

Shiki merely blushed, averted her eyes and mumbled something along the lines of "What relationship?".

Raine hummed happily to herself as she bounced away from Shiki's room, grinning as she passed a blankly staring Akatsuki on the way.

Shiki flopped back onto her bed with a sigh "Troublesome." she murmured, burying her head into her pillow.

Daniel snapped back to reality and closed his laptop.

"Time to go see Shiki."

He walked down the hall, stopped in front of Shiki's door, and knocked.

Shiki, who had been dozing, groaned and sat up. What was with people and her room today. She reluctantly opened her door, her hair was slightly mussed and her eyes half-lidded.

"What do yo-" she paused, taking in the figure standing there. "Oh, Daniel. Hey."

"Hey, Shiki."

"Um...do I go in? If she tells me."

Shiki blinked, a moment of silence passing. "Oh! Come on in." she stepped back, letting Daniel into her immaculately clean room.

Daniel stepped in.

"Oh god...what do I say?"

Shiki sat down on her futon bed, crossing one leg underneat her and letting one hang loose. "Make yourself at home." she laughed, seeing Daniel's awkwardness.

She combed a hand through her hair, straightening up the mess there.

Daniel sat beside her.

"Think of a topic..."

"So," Shiki started, casually. "I hope you have somewhere in mind to take me. I don't really want Raine peering in at us every few minutes."

"Yeah, I know where I'm taking you to. And I hope you'll like it."

Shiki gazed at him, her azure eyes sparkling with curiosity. "And where would that be?"

"Surprise. It's a bit far away. Car or wolves?"

Shiki pouted slightly. "Wolves, naturally."

"That's what I wanted to hear."

Shiki smirked. "I thought so."

"Do you want to go now, before Raine starts spying us?"

Shiki laughed. "Yeah, just let me change."

"Alright. I'll wait outside the room."

Daniel got up and walked outside.

Shiki changed out of her "battle gear" as Raine jokingly called it...or she assumed Raine was joking. She put on a black jacket, which had a fur hood made from her own fur, and long black pants. Throwing her hair into a ponytail, she let her bangs hang down.

She left the room and smiled at Daniel. "Ready. Shall we?"

"Yeah, let's go."

"I wonder if I should grab her hand or something..."

Shiki walked down the hall and out the door, thankful it was near her room, and shifted into her wolf form for the third time that day.

"Just follow me."

Daniel transformed too.
