Organization Madness

Shiki rolled over and stared out the window at the sun. 'Why does this stuff always happen to me...' She absently skipped the song.

"I know, Daniel...but I wanted to try..."

"It's OK, she hates me anyway. I bet she won't talk to me."

Shiki huffed, blowing the bang that had come to obscure her eye out of her face. 'I suppose it's part of being me.' Shiki sighed and sat up, abandoning her pillow.

"Ugh. I suppose I'll get on the internet then."

She grabbed her laptop and logged in. Soon enough she was in, reading through her emails, which were surprisingly full.

"You should try to talk with her."

"I can't..."

Shiki sifted through all the emails. 'Boring. Boring. Boring. Random. Ugh.'

"This sucks, I'm going on MSN." Shiki murmured to herself, although she hated it with a passion, she used it when there was nothing better to do.

Daichi sighed and went out of the room.

Daniel grabbed his laptop and logged in to MSN.

Shiki ran her eyes over the list of people to talk to, the majority of them she had met online and stuff. At least half were online.

"But who to talk to..." she murmured to herself.

Daniel scrolled down through his online contacts list.

"The Four Seasons"

"Shiki..."

Shiki shrugged in the end and just picked one at random.

The Four Seasons: Hey. What's up?

Daniel's username was "Triforce".

"Should I speak to her...?"

Shiki absently tapped the keyboard as she waited for TriForce to respond to her. She didn't know who he was, she didn't keep track of those things.

The message popped up on Daniel's screen.

"It's her!"

He quickly answered with another greeting.

The Four Seasons: *Sigh* Why is it that life is always out to get me? Does this happen to everyone or am I special?

Triforce: Life can be evil. Like it's being to me.

The Four Seasons: Mm. Then we agree, life is evil.

"She doesn't know who I am..."

Triforce: Would you tell me what happened to you?

The Four Seasons: Well, two of my friends got into a fight, so I came and broke it up. I later found out that they were fighting over me, which is rather...annoying.

So, I was supposed to go somewhere (he didn't say where) with one of them later that day. However, after the fight, I refused to go anywhere with him, because I don't approve of solving everything with violence.

Do you think it was right?

Triforce: If you put it that way, I suppose you did the right thing.

Is the one who invited you the one you like better? Or is it the other guy?

Shiki sat back for a minute and thought through her reply.

The Four Seasons: I think...I like them both equally.

"What? No...I thought she liked me better, at least a bit!"

Triforce: Really? Can you describe them? Like, what do you like about each of them?

Shiki pondered this for a second.

The Four Seasons: Well, the first one, Akatsuki...I guess I like how he always seems so light hearted. Although he's a bit loud.

Daniel, the other. Well...he's quieter, which is something I like, and he's also really nice to those around him. He seems a bit shy though...

"Shee said more positive things about me."

Triforce: And which one is the one you were going out with?

The Four Seasons: Daniel. I'm not sure if going out is really the right term, 'cause he just asked if wanted to go somewhe- oh my god it was a date.

Triforce: I'd risk to bet he was going to tell you his feelings for you.

Shiki's eyes were wide and she sat in shock.

I've become so tired so much more aware
I'm becoming this all I want to d-

Shiki instantly recognized the preset ringtone and gasped. She typed a quick reply to Triforce.

The Four Seasons: I've got to go. Bye.

And signed off. She picked up her phone from beside the bed and flipped it open.

"Hai?" She asked.

"Ah, Shiki," came a man's deep baritone. "I have a mission for you."

"What is it, Leader-sama?" she asked respectfully.

She sat back and listened as he explained her latested mission, grabbing her sword and other weapons and getting ready as she did so.
