But you get double EVs, that's even better.

Let's say a lv. 100 Rayquaza has 388 Atk. points. If you EV train that Rayquaza in attack and it has PokeRus, you'll have more than 776 in Attack. Impressive, right?

And if you EV train a Pokemon with PokeRus, and it has a Macho Brace you'll have about...

1520 Attack Points! That makes the first Rayquaza look like a Magikarp.

No, it's all right. I have about 7 TM toxic anyway. I can spare one.
Quiet is fine. I'll trade my docile ditto onto platinum when it comes out and breed one myself.

It was a staravia in Trophy Garden.
I was looking for a light ball when I found it.
Thankfully, I had a Pokémon with false swipe in my team.
Hooray!

I EV-trained her and raised her to level 100.
She's awesome. I'm so happy. ^_^
