Fakemon

I was looking for Poké-stuff in the web, when I saw some awsome creations of Fakemon.

If you don't know what they are, Fakemon are sort of creatures resembling pokémon, but which are drawn by "normal" people.

What do you think about the matter?

It's like an OC, or fanart. There's nothing wrong with it. :)

It was named Wopett or something.

It was like a circle with the Wooper face and small gills, then two fins on the sides, one antennae on the top of its head and a tail on the back.

Uhm, okay. Cool! Lol.

hahaha.. when you make a fakemon in a pokemon ROM you have to delete an existent pokemon, no? O.O

No, I created a Quagsire evolution in a Hack. (The evo was not made by me, though) and I didn't have to delete anything.

The Quagsire evo turned into hacked Arceus with multi-type Judgement in lv. 100. O.o

Sprites are good. We'll get Kittyismaster to help, and such. You can also get a lot of sprites, evolution information on Bulbapedia. Google it.

No, I deleted them in a dumb accident and the worst, emptied the Recycle Bin.

I want to try to design fakemon!! Let me se if my programs help me..

If you plan to design Fakemon, I suggest you starting with a pencil sketch to have an idea of what are you going to do. Later you can either make a sprite or drawing it with Graphic software.

You should use the new Photoshop CS4 (Trial, of course).
