I can't see it on any of the computers I go to.

Html is for making websites not for posting a picture in the forums.

I mean, I look at Lexicon's siggy, and all I see is a whole buncha code text stuff!

I do. It's Woopers. =D And I use the image code. Not HTML. =O Kinda. It IS HTML... But the one we use for posting images.
