Did our other bands break up?
Lots of you are sending messages asking about the fate of our previous bands. Neither Yellowcard or Reeve Oliver feel like it is necessary to announce official break ups. There may come a time down the road where we want to get together and play shows with those bands. Who knows when that may be, but we aren't ruling it out completely. However, Sean and I are really excited about working together and we are both focusing 100% of our energy and effort on BIG IF. I hope this clears it up a bit and thanks so much for all of this early support. We are going to need it!

Even if it happened for a reason, it still uber sucks.

My favourite band, Feeder, their drummer left them a few days ago.
Another favourite band, Barenaked Ladies, the lead singer left.
And Yellowcard too.

ARGH!

At least BNL are staying together as a group of four. Not sure about what Feeder are doing though.

When the singer leaves, the band looses it's old touch though.

Though sometimes it gets better.

Like Yellowcard. When Ryan Key joined it became amazing.
And with Iron Maiden. Bruce is definitely better than Paul. =P

Well, Steven Page hasn't done all the singing on the newer albums. Also, Ed is a guitarist/singer, so when there are duets, either Jim or Tyler can fill in.

And they've done so already in some live shows. So at least it works.

Well, more difficult with Blink as there's only 3 of them. And the two support singers both play an instrument.

There were 5 in BNL, and the Steven (who left) didn't play an instrument.
