The main heroine in FF VI is named Terra Brandford or in japanese Tina Buranfōdo. She is a "girl" with natural magic abilities.

Magic in FF VI world is practicaly disappeared since the War of the Magi. The War of the Magi was a war where Espers, magical creatures that used to be humans, transformed by three goddesses to battle one with another. They noticed the damage they were doing to the planet, and so they freed the Espers and turned stone themselves.

The remaining humans and espers differed in so many things, that Espers left the world to live in theur own dimension.

Uff... There's still so much to tell!

It is in 2/3D. Many versions were released. One for SNES, other for Play Station and one for GBA.
